Eat to nourish. Heal yourself. Move wholly.
Creating space for you to feel empowered, informed, educated, seen, understood, and confident — at every stage of your unique motherhood journey.
Inviting you to deepen your relationship with self
Through my fertility journey, I learned that conscious conception and preparing my body for pregnancy is so much more than eating well and having perfectly timed intercourse.
It’s an opportunity to nurture our emotional and physical wellbeing, and exercise self-love and compassion. It’s being at peace with your own unique path to parenthood and recognizing that pregnancy alone is not the end goal.
I created Eat Heal Move because I believe that these three principles are the foundation for thriving health, supporting you in your transition from maiden to mother and beyond.
