Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill GF organic oats (quinoa or amaranth flakes)

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 cup water or almond milk

  • 1/2 cup vanilla coconut yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

  • 1 scoop collagen, optional

  • Fresh seasonal berries

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • Coconut flakes

  • Cacao nibs

 

How to make the parfait:


  1. Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and pulse using an immersion blender until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl.

  2. Serve topped with seasonal berries, sliced banana, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, and cacao nibs.

Notes: Experiment with different seasonal toppings.
