Coconut Granola with Hemp Hearts and Buckinis

Serves: 4-6
Method: Oven
Ingredients:
2 cups Bob's Red Mill GF organic oats
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbs activated buckwheat AKA buckinis
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
How to make the granola:
Pre-heat oven to 350°F
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir well to combine.
Spread onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15mins until golden stirring halfway, being careful not to burn. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Serve with seasonal fruit and Coco June coconut yogurt.
