Notes: This recipe is loaded with benefits (see below)
Coffee: for antioxidants and beneficial nutrients. Studies show that many people get more antioxidants from coffee than from fruits and vegetables combined.
Mushroom cordyceps: for endurance, energy, increased stamina, and improved athletic performance.
Cacao: for magnesium - and deliciousness. Cacao is the highest plant-based source of iron and has more than 40 times the antioxidants of blueberries.
Cinnamon: loaded with antioxidants is another great anti-inflammatory spice, easily incorporated into smoothies, oatmeal, baking, and more!! It’s also been proven to lower blood sugar and has a powerful anti-diabetic effect.
Ashwagandha: this adaptogen can help to balance hormones, support immune health, and lower stress (it's my daily not-so-secret weapon).
Coconut oil: for immune support and antibacterial properties has been shown to reduce candida, fight bacteria and create a hostile environment for viruses. When combined with caffeine, coconut oil may help to boost your metabolism.
