Supercharged Green Smoothie with Ginger

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of filtered water

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 small cucumber

  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced

  • Handful spinach, fresh or frozen

  • A small piece of ginger root

  • A handful of fresh cilantro or parsley

  • 1 scoop Athletic Greens

 

How to make the smoothie:


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.

Notes: For an easy-to-digest smoothie, skip the ice and “chew” your smoothie, or eat with a spoon!
