Moscow Mule with Kombucha

Eat Heal Move's Moscow mule with kombucha recipe, garnished with lime slices and flatlayed with a Christmas sweater and pine branch

Quick Notes:

Prep time: 5 mins

Method: Cocktail Shaker

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)

  • 1.5 oz vodka or @seedlipdrinks Spice 94, for an alcohol-free alternative

  • 4 oz @gtskombucha Gingerade®

  • Lime wedge and cranberries, to garnish

How to make the mule:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add lime juice and vodka or Spice 94 and shake until chilled, about 15 seconds.

  2. Strain into a copper mug filled with crushed ice and top with kombucha.

  3. Garnish with lime slices and cranberries for a fun and seasonal twist!

Notes: Replacing soda (soft drink) with kombucha gives the cocktail the full flavor profile without the sugar crash.
