Eat Heal Move adaptogenic matcha recipe with journal and plant

Quick Notes:

Prep time: 5 mins

Method: Stovetop

Serves: 1

Allergens: GF / DF / VG / V

Ingredients:

  • A dash of cinnamon

  • A dash of vanilla powder

  • 2 Tbsp hot water

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup @malkorganics almond milk

How to make the matcha:

  1. Whisk the matcha with warm water until smooth, add collagen, cinnamon, vanilla, and mix again.

  2. Next, add the maple syrup, tahini, and plant milk of your choice.

  3. Warm using a small saucepan over low heat, or milk frother of choice. I use our @nespressousa machine to warm/froth mine.

Notes: This recipe is loaded with benefits (see below)

  • Cinnamon: loaded with antioxidants is another great anti-inflammatory spice, easily incorporated into smoothies, oatmeal, baking, and more!! It’s also been proven to lower blood sugar and has a powerful anti-diabetic effect.

  • Ashwagandha: this adaptogen can help to balance hormones, support immune health, and lower stress (it's my daily not-so-secret weapon).
